Our Policies

1. GENERAL .

1.1 Participants must complete the Program Enrolment Form and submit it along with cash or a cheque for all fees two weeks before commencement of class.

1.2 There is a one time non-refundable registration fee of S$20/-. Participation in class without the completed enrollment form and necessary fees being paid prior to the first lesson will not be allowed.

1.3 Participants who participate in Waterfun programs do so entirely at their own risk. Waterfun shall not be liable for any injuries sustained by participants directly or indirectly related to or as a result of his / her participation in the programs. 

1.4 Waterfun reserves the rights to take and use pictures of participants at lesson times for publicity and training purposes.             

2.       USAGE OF POOL (Applicable for Clubs & Resorts’ Pools Only)

2.1 Only participants and members of the club are allowed to use the pool.

2.2 Non-member participants are only allowed to use the pool during lesson times.

3.       FEES PAYMENT

3.1 Program fees are payable on a termly basis (duration of a term is dependent on the program enrolled), unless otherwise indicated  and payable in advance no less than two weeks prior to the commencement or continuation of the next term.

3.2 Payment shall be made either by cash, internet banking or by cheque in Singapore currency drawn on a bank in Singapore and shall be crossed and made payable to 'PALO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.’.

3.3 Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.       CANCELLATION OF LESSON

4.1 Waterfun reserves the right to cancel, postpone or discontinue any lesson if events should occur beyond the control of Waterfun. Waterfun will at its sole discretion take commercially reasonable steps to contact participants and/or offer substitute lessons. However, should lesson be discontinued after 15 minutes into lesson time, it will be considered a lesson.

4.2 Waterfun reserves the right to substitute any instructor/coach in any of its programs without prior notice.

4.3 There is no make-up or refund of program fees for participants who miss or cancel any lesson(s), with or without prior notice.

*4.4 On goodwill basis, should students need absence from lesson for various reasons such as medical or hospitalization leave, school activities, vacations, or whatsoever unforeseen circumstances, we will allow extension for completion of each term in the following manner, provided at least 1 day of advance notice of absence from lesson is given to Waterfun:
4.4.1 For students who pay an 8-lesson term fee and personal coaching classes,up to 1 lesson of extension is given.
4.4.2 For students who pay a 12-lesson term fee, up to 2 lessons of extension is given.
4.4.3 For students of WaterExplorer program (on a 12-lesson term fee), up to 3 lessons of extension is given.

4.5 No lesson will be conducted during the Eve and the first three days of Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve and Christmas day only.

5. TEMPORARY STOPAGE / WITHDRAWAL OF PARTICIPATION

5.1 Participants who wish to withdraw entirely / take leave / temporarily stop from any program for 3 weeks or more, may do so by giving 14 days advance written notice to Waterfun by mail, email or facsimile.

5.2 For temporary stoppage, any outstanding extensions for the term will be forfeited. Outstanding lessons will also be forfeited after 3 months.

5.3 No time slots shall be reserved for the participant in his / her period of temporary stoppage.

5.4 For students who miss 3 or more lessons consecutively without prior notice or reason given to Waterfun, his / her vacancy will be given up to another interested student and any outstanding lessons will be forfeited.
